Hi! I’m Olivia. Like a lot of high schoolers, I’m staring down the whole college major decision—and honestly, it feels impossible. There are so many interesting careers out there and so many different paths to get there. Picking just one has been agonizing.

I didn’t set out to write a career blog. I started by reaching out to family and friends, to learn more about what they studied in college. But pretty quickly, I realized that their college majors were just a small part of how they ended up where they are.

Their journeys, their risks, their stories—every conversation left me curious to learn more. It also made me realize that everyone has a story to tell.

So, I started Pathways and Profiles to share what I’m learning—not just for other teens figuring out their futures, but to celebrate the amazing businesses and careers these incredible people have built. I hope their stories inspire you the way they’ve inspired me.
